2016 Veri Beaufort Vinduro
« on: May 05, 2016, 10:23:09 PM »
A few pics.
I went down with a couple of friends with my 125 DKW, it was its first ride off the farm. Pretty pleasing that the little guy ran around with no problems other than a few minor mechanical issues. For a small capacity twin shock bike with very limited suspension it was good to ride - not perfect and still some room for minor tweeking.

data is from my GPS receiver (proper one not a dinky phone) and analysed on dedicated computer program. I'll bring it to VTR Yass event.

  • A bike in the bush is worth two in the shed.

Good stuff Don, thanks for posting. That data from your GPS is excellent...must investigate that for my DR adventures!

Cheers,
Chris.

Would have been good to catch up Don. We were camped down the front in the Lakeview suite.

Haha, that must have been built through the night :)

If I go next year, good chance, I'll probably look into the on sight accommodation, something with a fire and devoid of 6am start (I stayed in Ballarat)
